Our values underpin everything we do, including:

• Offering a range of creative therapies including art, drama, environmental art and play therapy.

• Our service focuses on timely and sustained interventions, a preventative approach, if possible, and after care where needed.

• We work systemically, considering the person’s social environment and cultural context.

• By strengthening connections within the family and the wider community, we hope to reduce isolation and create sustainable support networks.

• We use an integrative approach to meet the often-complex needs of clients. Having a wide range of therapists allows us to address particular client groups and specific, sometimes entrenched difficulties.
• We aim to empower by giving people a voice and following the positive drive for change that we believe exists in every individual, family and community.

• We aim to address the entire health of a person holistically to promote enduring change.

• Where possible we offer opportunities to access the therapeutic potential of being in the natural environment.

• We consider the planet’s finite resources when organising our services and sourcing materials for our work.

• We strive to address social, cultural and financial barriers that discriminate and can prevent people from accessing the mental health support they need.
